Our visa compliance team

Every Azerbaijan e-Visa file submitted through evisa-az.org is reviewed manually — not by an automated bot — by one of our in-house visa compliance officers before it is forwarded to the official Azerbaijani ASAN Visa system. Our compliance team is responsible for:

• Verifying that each passport scan meets the 6-month validity rule and is fully legible
• Checking that the applicant photo conforms to Azerbaijani biometric specifications (white background, dimensions, expression)
• Cross-checking spelling of names, date-of-birth and passport numbers against the bio-page MRZ
