Our consultants speak English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and German, and we work around the clock seven days a week — including weekends and public holidays — because travel rarely follows office hours. If you reach us during a quiet moment, expect an immediate reply. During peak periods, we aim to respond to every message within two working hours and to acknowledge every voicemail within thirty minutes.
For the fastest response, please include your application reference (if you have already applied), the full name on your passport, and your planned travel date. With those three pieces of information we can usually locate your file and answer the substance of your question on the first reply, instead of asking you to repeat yourself.

Office hours and global support
Our head office in Deira operates standard UAE business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Gulf Standard Time), and our global support desk handles calls, emails, and live chat outside those hours so that someone is always available when you need help. If you are reaching us from a country where international calls are expensive, request a callback by email and we will phone you at no cost to you.
