Why register an account?
For travelers who apply for an Azerbaijan e-Visa once and forget about it, a guest application is perfect. For families, business travelers, frequent visitors, and travel agents booking on behalf of clients, a free account quickly pays for itself in saved time. Inside your account you can pre-fill traveler profiles for every family member, re-use them across applications, and avoid retyping passport numbers and dates of birth that rarely change. Every previous application — approved, in progress, or refused — stays available in your history so that you always have a record for your travel files and expense reports.

Your account is protected by industry-standard TLS encryption on every page, salted password storage, optional two-factor authentication using your phone, and automatic session timeouts on shared computers. Our team will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat — if anyone claiming to be from azerbaijanvisit.org asks for your password, end the conversation immediately and report it to info@azerbaijanvisit.org. Lost passwords can be reset securely via the email address on file.
For travel agents and corporate accounts

What you can do once you're signed in
Your dashboard centralises every Azerbaijan e-Visa we have ever processed for you. The home view shows the current status of any open application — submitted, under internal review, with the State Migration Service, approved, or requiring additional information — together with the expected delivery window for each stage. Approved e-Visas can be redownloaded as PDF directly from the dashboard for as long as they remain valid. Historical receipts can be exported as a single PDF or CSV for accounting, and you can request VAT-compliant invoices for any payment made through ETAS INTERNATIONAL TOURISM LLC.
Traveler profiles for faster repeat applications
A traveler profile stores the static details that rarely change — legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport expiry, and a current passport-style photograph. The next time you apply for an Azerbaijan visa for that traveler, the application form auto-fills these fields and you only need to confirm the upcoming travel dates and accommodation. Families typically save the profiles of every member, so applying for an Azerbaijan e-Visa for a family of four becomes a five-minute task rather than a twenty-minute one. Profiles are encrypted at rest and only ever visible inside your account.
Notifications and reminders

Privacy, retention, and your right to be forgotten
Your personal data is processed under a clear privacy policy aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. You can download a complete export of everything we hold about you at any time, and you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records once your most recent e-Visa has expired. Deletion is executed within thirty days and confirmed by email. Where we are legally required to retain payment records for tax purposes, the retained data is reduced to the minimum required by UAE accounting law and stored in encrypted, access-controlled archives separated from the live system.
