Refund Policy
ETAS INTERNATIONAL TOURISM LLC (UAE Trade License 1189841), trading as evisa-az.org and azerbaijanvisit.org, charges a service fee for manual document review, 24/7 support and submission of Azerbaijan e-Visa applications. The following refund rules apply to that service fee only.
1. Full service-fee refund
- You request cancellation in writing before our compliance team has submitted your file to the Azerbaijani ASAN Visa system.
- You request cancellation within 2 hours of payment, provided no review work has begun.
- We accept your file, submit it, and the Azerbaijani government refuses the e-Visa without any fault attributable to applicant-provided information (i.e. our review error).
2. No service-fee refund
- The e-Visa is refused because of facts the applicant misrepresented or omitted (false dates, undisclosed prior overstays, mismatched names, fraudulent documents).
- The applicant cancels travel for personal reasons after the file has been submitted.
- The applicant withdraws after our compliance team has completed the review and submitted to government — review is the work product paid for.
- The applicant uploads non-compliant documents after being warned by our compliance team.
3. Government fee
The Azerbaijani government e-Visa fee is collected and remitted to the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is non-refundable in all cases, including refusal, applicant withdrawal, or change of travel plans. This is a Government of Azerbaijan policy and outside our control.
4. How to request a refund
Email etasinternationaltourism@gmail.com from the address used to apply, with your application reference number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card within 7–10 working days.
