Rush e-Visa Service

Travel plans are rarely linear. A last-minute work assignment in Baku, an unexpected family event back home, a heavily discounted flight to Ganja that closes within the hour, or simply realising — three days before departure — that the visa was never actually applied for: we hear these stories every single day. Our Rush e-Visa service exists precisely for these moments. It compresses every controllable step into the shortest possible window so that an approved e-Visa can be sitting in your inbox within 24 hours of payment confirmation in the great majority of cases.

How does it work in practice? The moment a rush application is paid for, your file is moved to the front of our review queue and assigned to a senior consultant. The first review — the one that catches passport-scan glare, name-spelling errors, and date inconsistencies — is completed within two working hours rather than the standard same-day window. The application is then submitted to the Azerbaijani authorities with a priority flag. If any clarification is requested at the government stage, our team responds in minutes, not hours, and keeps you informed by email and WhatsApp at every status change.

Rush is not a guarantee of approval — no legitimate visa service can ever promise that, because the issuing decision belongs to the State Migration Service. What we do guarantee is that the rush fee will be refunded in full if we cannot deliver the approval within the agreed 24-hour rush window, provided the original application is complete and accurate. This refund is automatic; you do not need to chase us for it.

When you should choose rush

  • You are travelling to Azerbaijan within the next 72 hours and have not yet started the visa process.
  • A previous application has been delayed or rejected and you need a fresh, prioritised submission.
  • You are on a business trip with a fixed meeting in Baku, Ganja, or Sumqayit and cannot afford a delay.
  • You are joining a cruise that boards in a Caspian Sea port and must be visa-ready before check-in.
  • Your group includes connecting passengers from multiple countries and you need every member processed in the same window.

Standard vs Rush — what changes

The standard service is the right choice for around nine in ten travelers. It costs less, takes between one and three working days, and includes the same human review and authority liaison as rush processing. The differences with rush are purely about queue position, response speed on our side, and the priority flag attached to your government submission. The legal nature of the visa, the validity period, and the conditions of entry are identical between the two services.

Frequently asked questions about rush processing

Can I upgrade a standard application to rush? Yes. If your standard application has not yet been forwarded to the authorities, contact our 24/7 support line and we can upgrade it by collecting the difference. If it has already been submitted, the rush priority will apply to any follow-up steps.
Will rush help if my passport is missing a stamp page? No. Document-quality issues must be resolved at the passport office in your home country before a meaningful application — rush or standard — can be submitted.
Does rush guarantee that my visa will be approved? No. The issuing authority always retains the final decision. Rush prioritises every stage that we control.
Important Notice: Rush service prioritises every stage that we control, but the final approval decision belongs to the Azerbaijani State Migration Service. azerbaijanvisit.org is a private visa-assistance service operated by ETAS INTERNATIONAL TOURISM LLC and is not a government agency. You may also apply directly via evisa.gov.az without paying a service fee.
