The Processing page is designed to give you a single, simple place to check where your file sits at any moment of the day or night. Whether you are sitting in an airport lounge in Dubai waiting on a final confirmation, or checking from your laptop in London the evening before departure, you can paste your reference number below and see exactly where the application is in our workflow.

What each status means
Submitted. Your file has been received by our team and a confirmation email has been sent to the address you provided. At this stage no charges have been forwarded to the authorities and you can still cancel for a full refund.
Under Internal Review. A senior visa consultant is reading your form line by line and inspecting your passport scan and photograph. This is typically the longest controllable step — the better your inputs, the faster it goes.
Awaiting Clarification. Our team has identified something that may delay your application — for example a passport scan that is hard to read, or a date of birth that does not match between your passport and the form. We will email and call you with exactly what is needed.
Submitted to Authority. Your application is now in the Azerbaijani State Migration Service's queue. From this point on the timing is in the hands of the issuing authority. Standard applications usually clear within one to three business days; rush applications usually clear within 24 hours.
Approved & Delivered. Your e-Visa PDF has been emailed to you. Print one copy for arrival, keep another on your phone, and save a backup to your email inbox. You are ready to fly.
Typical processing times
Standard processing on azerbaijanvisit.org takes between one and three Azerbaijani business days from the moment payment is confirmed. The vast majority of standard applications are approved within 48 hours, and a meaningful percentage arrive on the same business day. Rush processing compresses every internal step and is normally delivered within 24 hours. Public holidays in Azerbaijan and in the United Arab Emirates may slightly extend these windows; our 24/7 support team can always give you a current estimate for your specific case.
If something does not look right
Always read your approved e-Visa PDF carefully before you travel. Pay particular attention to the spelling of your name, your passport number, your nationality, and your date of birth. If any of these do not match your passport exactly, contact our support team immediately — we can request a correction at no additional cost as long as you have not yet entered Azerbaijan. If you spot the issue at the airport, our 24/7 line is the fastest way to resolve it.
